When you book a private tour, all the details of the tour are customized. Specifically, the schedule and itinerary will always be tailored to your availability and specific interests. After you submit a booking request, we’ll contact you to plan the tour in the best possible way to meet your needs.

All of our tours are available upon request. We guarantee all of our tours on any day of the week, provided you make a reservation in advance. The tours listed on this website are our regular tours, but we can always organize or modify them to suit your interests. We are completely flexible in rearranging any of the tours listed on this website, and we can also suggest and recommend other tour itineraries not listed here.

Can I change the dates of my tour(s) after making a reservation?

For your convenience, our guide will pick you up directly from your hotel, home, airport, train station, or cruise terminal.

We operate on a trust basis. No advance payment is required to make a reservation. Customers pay at the end of each tour. We comply with the new privacy laws, but we do need your contact information; please fill out the reservation form. As soon as we receive it, we will contact you to schedule and prepare your tour. Tour fees can be paid in cash, by credit card, or via Multibanco (MB).

- Half-day morning tours begin at 9:00 a.m. and end at 1:00 p.m. - Half-day afternoon tours begin at 2:00 p.m. and end at 6:00 p.m. - Full-day tours begin at 9:00 a.m. and end at 6:00 p.m.

On the reservation form, there is a section where you can let us know about any mobility issues. We will take everything you tell us into account and do our best to accommodate you.

Yes, there are special prices for children. Prices and discounts for children are listed on the tour pages and on the reservation form.

Yes, you can choose which castles or attractions you’d like to visit, and we’ll adjust our itinerary accordingly. In general, we’re flexible about all sightseeing itineraries and attractions to visit.

Yes, we can recommend places to stay. Just let us know when and where you'd like to stay, and we can provide you with a selection of options and prices.
